In fact I've lost a total of 24 kg over the course of two years. When I moved away from home I was - ehm, out of shape - and then it got worse. *shakes head* Luckily I started excersising and now I'm back at ideal weight, in *much* better shape, and thank goodness for that. To anyone feeling out of energy and a touch on the heavy side, I strongly recommend workout etc. The only problem is the one year I spent in a daze because I felt hungry 24/7. THAT was tiring.
